Venus and Mars/Rock Show

Venus and Mars/ Rock Show was the last single released from the album Venus and Mars.  The single was released on November 1st, 1975.  The songs were the first two tracks on the album.  Many speculate that "Venus" and "Mars" refer to Paul and Linda McCartney....Paul denies that assertion.
Paul wrote Rock Show specifically for use as an opener on the forthcoming Wings tour.
The song mentions Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin Guitarist).

The B-Side of this single was Magneto and Titanium Man. The song was influenced by Marvel comic book characters.  Drawings of the characaters would show on a screen behind Wings when they perfromed this song live.
